COURSE SKI-TOUR, BEGINNER
Level
- No experiences in ski-touring needed.
- You are able to ski red pists and have been already off-piste.
- Your endurance is good for 600m difference in altitude.
Program
on a short tour you get to know the very basics of ski-touring. We talk about materials needed and how to use them, learn the basic skills going uphill, get to know the basic theories about snow, avalanches, safety measures and how to use the avalanche transceiver.

wherever we find the best snow- and weather conditions.
the location will be communicated two days before the tour.
To / from
carpooling
meeting point: Sihlpost Zürich (near the central station), or at the starting point of the tour.
Cost
180 CHF for organisation and guiding.
not incl.: public transport (if needed), cable car (if needed), the costs for privat cars will be shared.
Number of participants
min. 4 / max. 8
Equipment
normal skitouring equipment, including avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe.
